3. Quotes and Bookings

3.1 Quotes

  • All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Quotes are based on the information provided and may be subject to change following site inspection
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

3.2 Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed once you accept our quote
  • You will receive confirmation via email or text message
  • We will notify you in advance of our arrival time

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
  • For commercial contracts, payment terms may be arranged (typically 14-30 days)
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 By Customer

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • Rescheduling is available subject to availability

5.2 By The Wash Fellas

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service delivery, customers must:

  • Provide safe and clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Remove or secure any fragile items, plants, or decorations that may be affected
  • Ensure external water supply and electricity access is available (where required)
  • Inform us of any specific concerns or requirements before work commences
  • Keep pets secured and away from work areas
  • Ensure someone over 18 is present on-site or available by phone

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Insurance Coverage

The Wash Fellas maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. We take great care in performing our services, but in the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly.

7.2 Limitations

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects
  • We are not liable for damage caused by unsuitable surfaces or materials that are not disclosed to us
  • Customers must report any concerns immediately upon completion of work
  • We reserve the right to refuse service on surfaces deemed unsuitable or dangerous

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge, provided the issue is due to our workmanship.

9. Weather-Dependent Services

Some services are weather-dependent. We may need to postpone or reschedule services due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other adverse weather conditions. No cancellation fees apply in these circumstances, and we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of The Wash Fellas and is protected by UK copyright law. We may use before/after photos of completed work for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
